Not quite sure, something to do with rego, but if its orange or red its ment to be bad!

Quick answer : interp color has to be ignored
Long answer:
"To summarise - it's best to ignore the in game lerp text. It's not an actual representation of the lerp the game is using under certain situations and the colours can make it's meaning difficult to understand.
If you set your interp low online i.e. 0.0152, then you will find you get some extrapolation due to packets missing/not received on time. The net effect of this is there is slight animation stuttering and the hitboxes likely do not line up 100% perfectly.
But you will have a reaction advantage over higher interp users. So most competitive gamers opt for this setting.
Higher interp you have more accurate, smoother hitboxes but a reaction disadvantage.
Funnily enough that's the best way I've found that explains / describes it and it still doesn't really explain anything about it.
It works fine for me.. I've never had trouble killing people.. people haven't had trouble killing me. I normally have net_graph off but use it to check rates and data in/out.
